ABDL Sims
I love playing the sims. I always buy them diapers in the online store so I can make them adult babies!! I love watching them walk around in their diapers drinking out of their bottles in their onesies and bonnets!
There is something so adorable about creating a whole little nursery for them in the game. I set up a crib, a changing table, a playpen full of stuffed animals, and even a rocking chair where my sim mommy can sit and bottle feed her baby. The whole room is painted pink and blue with little clouds on the wallpaper.
Sometimes I make a whole household of adult babies and one mommy sim who takes care of all of them. She is always busy changing diapers, warming bottles, and tucking everyone in for nap time. The babies crawl around the house leaving toys everywhere and getting into mischief when mommy is not looking.
I also love dressing them up in the cutest little outfits. Footed pajamas, frilly dresses, and of course the thickest diapers I can find in the store. If you love ABDL and you love The Sims, you absolutely need to try this. It is the most relaxing thing ever.
Do you play ABDL games too? I would love to hear about your favorites. Call me and tell me all about it!

Baby talk is a natural part of age regression. As you slip deeper into your little headspace, your vocabulary shrinks and your voice gets higher. You start saying things like wawa instead of water and baba instead of bottle. Mommy encourages this by speaking to you in a sweet, high pitched voice. She uses simple words and short sentences. The way she talks to you reinforces your baby identity and helps you regress even further.
Age regression is a beautiful experience that allows you to let go of all your adult worries and responsibilities. When you regress, you become a baby again. Everything is simple, everything is taken care of, and everything feels safe. Your mommy or caregiver creates a space where you can crawl, babble, play with toys, and drink from a bottle without any judgment. It is therapeutic, comforting, and deeply fulfilling for everyone involved.
The ABDL community is incredibly supportive of age regressors. Online forums, social media groups, and websites like this one provide spaces where you can share your experiences, ask for advice, and connect with others who understand the lifestyle. Whether you are new to regression or have been practicing for years, there is always more to learn and explore. The community welcomes everyone with open arms and padded bottoms.
Regression can happen at different levels for different people. Some regress to infant age, becoming completely nonverbal and dependent. Others regress to toddler age, where they can walk, talk a little, and play. Some prefer the preschool age, where they are more independent but still need mommy’s guidance. There is no right or wrong age to regress to. It is all about what feels natural and comforting for you.
Setting up the perfect nursery is essential for a good regression experience. You need a crib or toddler bed, a changing table stocked with diapers and supplies, soft blankets and stuffed animals, and a shelf full of baby toys. The room should be decorated in soothing pastels with maybe some cartoon characters on the walls. When you walk into your nursery and close the door, the outside world disappears and baby world begins.
Bottle feeding is one of the most intimate regression activities. Mommy cradles you in her arms, holds the bottle to your lips, and watches you suckle. The warm milk fills your tummy and makes you feel drowsy and content. Some babies prefer juice or formula, while others enjoy warm milk with a touch of honey. Whatever fills your bottle, the experience of being fed by your caregiver is something every age regressor should enjoy.
